II.3.6. High pressure sequence / Kolejnosc wysokiego cisnienia

The high pressure sequence enables to recover the water back from the machine and to re-inject it. Sekwencja wysokiego cisnienia umozliwia odzysk wody z maszyny dla powtórnego igłowania

The elements are as follows: Elementy są następujace:
- The recirculation pumps of the GVJPJ1 PR1 GVJPJ1, PR2 GVJPJ1, PR3 GVJPJ1 Pompy recyrkulacyjne
- The recirculation pump of the GVJ2S PRJ2S. Pompa recyrkulacyjna GVJ2S
- The vacuum fan of conveyor JP, J1 and cylinder C1, C2, C3 GVJPJ1. Wentylator prózni transportera JP, J1 I cylindrów C1, C2, C3
- The vacuum fan of conveyor J2S GVJ2S. Wentylator prózni transportera J2S
- The control valve EVBT. Zawór sterujacy
- Pre-watering pump PP. Pompa nawizania
- High pressure pumps PHP1, PHP2, PHP3, PHP4. Pompy wysokiego cisnienia

The high pressure sequence is started by pushing the START pushbutton located on the control panel and it is stopped by pushing the STOP pushbutton. Sekwencja wysokiego cisnienia jest uruchamiana przyciskiem START umieszczonym na panelu sterowniczym i jest zatrzymywana przyciskiem STOP..

During the start sequence, the green button START is flashing. It stops flashing and remains illuminated when the sequence is completed.Podczas uruchamiania sekwencji, zielony wskaznik START pulsuje. Przestaje on pulsować I pozostaje oswietlony gdy sekwencja jest ukonczona.

During the stop sequence, the red button STOP is flashing. It stops flashing and remains illuminated when the sequence is completed and that the high pressure elements are stopped. Podczas sekwencji zatrzymania, czerwony wskaznik STOP pulsuje. Przestaje on pulsowac I pozostaje oswietlony, gdy sekwencja jest ukonczona i elementy wysokiego cisnienia są zatrzymane.

The sequence cannot be launched in case of the following faults: Sekwencja nie moze być uruchomiona w przypadku nastepujacyuch błedów:
- Low level in ST. Niski poziom w ST

The start sequence is as follows: Uruchomienie sekwencji jest nastepujace:
- Push on the START pushbutton. Nacisnąc przycisk START
- Start PR1 GVJPJ1, PR2 GVJPJ1, PR3 GVJPJ1, PRJ2S
- Start GVJPJ1.
- Start GVJ2S.
- Start the control valve EVBT. Start zaworu sterujacego EVBT.
- Close the valve EVBP. Zamknąć zawór EVBT
- Start the pre-watering pump and high pressure pump. Start pompy nawizania I pompy wysokiego ciśnienia

The stop sequence is as follows: Sekwencja zatrzymania jest nastepujaca:
- Push on the STOP pushbutton. Nacisnać przycisk STOP.
- Stop the feeding pumps and high pressure pumps. Zatrzymać pompy zasilania I pompy wysokiego cisnienia
- Open EVBP. Otworzyć EVBP
- Close EVBT. Zamknąć EVBP
- Stop GVJ2S
- Stop GVJPJ1
- Stop GVJ2S
- Stop PR1 GVJPJ1, PR2 GVJPJ1, PR3 GVJPJ1, PRJ2S.
